These social cluster engenders a distinct set of environmental health problems and are at risk of diseases, starvation, pollution and death, especially students as they are not promised basic infrastructure, healthy living and safe learning environment.

Our Unique Solution

FABE is working with schools in this slum community to provide toilets, clean water outlets, garden of food crops, repair classrooms, provide giant recycle bins, environmental health and waste management skill training for teachers,  students and their mothers who are required to share their skill knowledge with their neighbours.

  1. FABE will provide basic infrastructures such as 10 toilets, 5 water stations, 5 gardens and 5 recycle bins.
  2. FABE will teach skills in environmental health and waste management training for teachers, students and their mothers.
  3. FABE will build 5 gardens, provide sanitation and first aid to 3000 children in Bariga schools.

The project will prevent 3000 students from contracting environmental health diseases, reduce pollution, foster environmental education, alleviate poverty and improve school attendance in the Bariga and other Slum Communities.  Please help us make this project successful.
